Open your Fundamentals of Happiness & Well-being Notes-Book to the first inside spread, the back of the cover and the page on the right.
Step 2: Label Page 1 (Left Page)
In the top-left corner of the left page, legibly handwrite: Understand These 4 Key Concepts for a Happier Life | Arthur Brooks video
In the bottom-left corner of the same page, write 1 (and circle the page number.)
Step 3: Label Page 2 (Right Page)
In the middle third of the page, legibly write and underline the subtitle: Reflections
In the bottom-right corner, write 2 (and circle the page number.)
Step 4: Watch and Capture Details

2. As you watch, complete the following on Page 1 and the top of Page 2:

Refers to some of the specific details you wrote on Page 1
Explains how you might apply or integrate these ideas into your life, learning, or work.
2. End your reflection with your signature.
