Teacher Burnout: The Story (Notes-Book, pp. 3 & 4)

Step 1:

While watching the video, write at least four important ideas or details under Teacher Burnout: The Story on Page 3 & the top of Page 4.

Each legible, clearly separated idea/detail must:

  • Be at least 3 complete, paraphrased sentences (not copied from the video or transcript).

  • Exclude personal feelings or reactions.

  • Include the video timestamp (in parentheses).

Step 2:

Add a symbol next to each detail.

💡 = If the detail is new or surprising to you

👎🏼 = If the detail is something you disagree with or question

Step 3:

Write Your Reflections on Page 4.

  1. Under the underlined subtitle Reflections, legibly handwrite a 6–7 sentence personal reflection on these concepts, explaining how you might integrate these ideas into your life, learning, or work.

  2. End your reflection with your signature.
